Therefore, a typical cost for a fully installed EV charger will likely cost from £895 ex VAT upwards depending on which model you opt for. The new EV Chargepoint Grant is available to:
Residents in flat and rental properties
You may be eligible for £350 grant towards the purchase and installation of your charging point. To be eligible, you must have off-street parking and an eligible EV/PHEV.
Landlords and Social Housing Associations
They are eligible for £350 OZEV grant funding. £350 per socket (units equipped with two sockets will be eligible for £700). The charging units must be installed across private parking spaces.
Commercial Fleet Vehicles
The EV infrastructure grant for staff and fleets is for small-to-medium-sized businesses in the UK.
The grant covers up to 75% of the cost of installing the infrastructure needed for chargepoints to operate and for future chargepoints to be installed, There is a limit of £15,000 per grant.

The OLEV Grant allows you to save £350 off the price of a newly installed electric vehicle charging unit. You can claim for up to 2 EV charging points (though only one per electric vehicle). To be eligible, you must have off-street parking and install an OLEV-approved EV charger, and use an OLEV-approved professional installer. Thankfully, the chargers we use are OLEV-approved, as are our professional installers.
The good news is, if you’re eligible, we will be able to claim the grant on your behalf and can automatically apply the grant discount to your order.
